1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ibizasound.events website, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Services Provided

Ibiza Sound Events provides sound and event production services in Ibiza, including DJ equipment rentals, sound systems, lighting equipment, and event production services for private parties, corporate events, and festivals. All services are subject to availability and specific terms outlined in individual service agreements.

Important Notice:All events are subject to permits and approvals from the local authorities (Ajuntament d’Eivissa). Clients are responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses required by local law.

3. Booking and Cancellation

Bookings for equipment rentals and event production services are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and deposit payment. Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to our cancellation policy. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

4. Equipment Rental Terms

Clients renting equipment agree to:

• Use equipment solely for the agreed-upon purpose
• Return equipment in the same condition as received
• Pay for any damage beyond normal wear and tear
• Maintain insurance coverage during rental period
• Not sublease or loan equipment to third parties

5. Liability and Indemnification

Ibiza Sound Events shall not be liable for any damages arising from the client’s use of our services or equipment. Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ibiza Sound Events from any claims, damages, or costs arising from their use of our services or equipment.

6. Payment Terms

Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may result in suspension of services. We accept various payment methods as specified in individual agreements.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the ibizasound.events website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Ibiza Sound Events or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ibiza Sound Events shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Balearic Islands.
